## What's New - **AI Chat assistant** — ask about your work in plain language: generate reports, log time, look up projects/clients/invoices, and organize your timeline. It renders charts, tables, and summaries right in the conversation, searches across your saved AI-tool transcripts, and gives you an interactive card to map unassigned work (repos and folders) to projects with a click. Mapping a repo also connects future work to that project automatically. - Choose from several AI models (Grok, Claude, GPT, Gemini, Kimi). ## Improvements - The assistant can create and rename projects, link a project to a client, edit or delete manual time entries, and pull up reports you've saved before. - More reliable auto-updates and clearer manual-download links. ## Bug Fixes - Fixed the assistant erroring out on some multi-step questions (asking for a breakdown that used several tools at once). - Fixed page titles showing the wrong name on the Chat, Clients, and Connect pages.

This is a pre-release build available to beta testers. ## Improvements - The Map with AI review list now lets you expand any row to see its local path, git remote, and when it was first seen. - Added bulk actions to the review list: Select all, None, and "No new projects" (unchecks everything that would create a brand-new project group, so you can keep just the matches to existing projects). - Added a collapsible "Data sent to AI" panel that shows the exact data sent for the mapping, so you can see what the model received. - The elapsed timer is now shown once instead of twice. Note: streaming the model's reasoning live, and making the cloud path stream results as they arrive (instead of waiting), are landing in the next build.

Pre-release for beta testing. ## Ingestion fixes (test focus) - **Claude Code**: now ingests real conversation content (was producing mostly empty events — modern tool-result turns were parsed to blank). Empty-content events eliminated. - **Git**: now ingests commits from ALL your scanned repos, not just mapped ones (unmapped repos attach with no project) — your work is no longer invisible. Boundary-correct project attribution. - **Claude Desktop**: adapter now also scans the canonical OS location (was only looking under the configured scan root). - Faster file dedup (batched). Please test: map a project (or not), run ingestion with date range = ALL, and confirm git commits + Claude Code conversations appear (not +0). Bundles scribe@dev. Note: auto-update delivery (OPL-2648) still being fixed — install this DMG manually.
